Interesting. I'm part way through your book at the moment and was about to disagree strongly with your advice to shoot in 4:3 instead of widescreen. Then I watched this video and realised that you had moved on. I also feel strongly that you should always shoot in the highest resolution possible, preferably in HD. Why? Because you may want to use the video for other purposes, not just YouTube -- a DVD or BluRay disc for instance to play in the company's foyer. I've also found it looks better, even on YouTube.
